Educational Advisors / Team of Counselors :
The Counselors / Educational Advisors is the spine of any International Educational Consultant Company, who have extensive professional experience in advising students about the various study options available abroad in different countries and different universities, keeping in mind the students profile and needs. Counselors take a student education level, work history, personality, interests and skills into account and suggest further course, university and country that match his or her background and abilities. Their goal is to match students according to their profile that will give them the satisfaction at mind and heart. The people in the team are empathetic towards the students needs as well as they have the ability & will to fulfill commitments given to the students.
Training Faculties :
The faculties / trainers are like strong pillars of the organization and are expected to be a mentor to the students to achieve their desired scores in various tests like IELTS, TOEFL, GMAT, GRE, SAT & PTE Etc.
Administrative Staff :
The administrative staff team is an important string accountable for the admission process of students. Administrative staffs are required to have extensive professional knowledge and perform clerical duties in nearly every industry. This generally includes answering phones, taking memos and maintaining files. Administrative staff may also be in charge of sending and receiving correspondence. They also help office members with documentation. Aside from storing, organizing and managing files, assistants may need to type, edit and proofread documents.
Tele-Callers & Marketing Personnels :
Tele Callers markets the companies profile over the telephone. Most telemarketing calls are cold calls, Telemarketing is one of the most controversial types of marketing. A Tele-caller must have good communication skills, and he/she must have the command over companies working areas and whereas marketing team has a substantial influence on the profitability of the organization. Once marketing team members know which market segment they represent, they also have to make sure that the team marketing strategy addresses the needs of their segment. Each team member is responsible for sales in their division, and the common strategy has to include facets that address any particular needs of the students.
